At the present time Osborne Gardens is fully occupied and we are not accepting formal applications. However, we always welcome qualified applicants to place their names on our waiting list. We cannot predict when units will become available and will consider applicants in waiting list order. Applicants at the top of the waiting list may be periodically pre-screened for credit, income, and program requirements to expedite their acceptance when units do become available. Please review the income qualifying information on the "Rates and Requirements" web-page before submitting a request to confirm that you meet eligibility standards.
