Osborne Gardens provides more than just high-quality, affordable rental housing. Our Resident Manager maintains on-site office hours, and is available at no cost to assist residents who desire supportive services in order to improve their lives. 

ICON CDC. a community-based, non-profit organization serving the Northeast San Fernando Valley, manages the Osborne Garden's computer lab, and also provides scheduled programs tailored to meet the needs of residents. These include youth, after-school programs, financial literacy training, small business counseling, and referrals to off-site specialized social service providers.
